Under the chairmanship of our Institute Director Prof. Dr. Yücel Namal, an Advisory Board Meeting was held online on April 16, 2025 at 13.30 on the Zoom platform.

As external stakeholder representatives, Zonguldak Exam Education Institution President H. Vecdi ILGIN, Zonguldak Saime Toptan Social Sciences High School Director Ömer Yılmaz, Zonguldak KOSGEB Provincial Director Güven Aktaş, graduate student representative Dr. Erdem Dibek, Heads of the Departments of our Institute, Assistant Directors of our Institute Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şerife Akıncı Tok and our Institute Secretary Vedat Pehlivan participated in the meeting.

At the meeting organized to contribute to the increase, development and dissemination of quality in education, our Deputy Director of the Institute Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürbüz Arslan drew attention to the importance of the contribution of external stakeholders in the work carried out by the Institute of Social Sciences and in achieving its goals.

Within the scope of the meeting, the situation analysis of our Institute for the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2024-2025 Academic Year was made; the mission, duties and responsibilities undertaken by the Institute within the framework of the quality policy of our University, as well as the projects and goals for the future were discussed.

The meeting, which lasted for about an hour, ended after the opinions and suggestions of the participants were received.
